We don’t run a menu.
We run drops.

Four cookies to a box, and two ways to fill it. A flavor gets one run, at one size, and then it’s over. That’s what buys us 6 weeks on a single cookie instead of 6 days on 12 of them.

Four flavors built around one idea. Each one holds up on its own, and together they read as a set instead of four things that happened to end up in the same box. Themed, seasonal, sometimes a partnership. Every drop is a completely different four, and the menu card gets reprinted every time because none of it comes back.

We build the world

It starts with a feeling before it’s ever a flavor. Charred wood and dark fruit. A meadow at 7am. We chase it until the cookie tastes like the picture in our heads.

We drop it

One run, a fixed number of boxes, announced in the app. We don’t rerun it and we don’t restock it. Most of them go the same day.

You call the next one

Every drop comes with a vote on the world we build next. The one that wins gets made. That’s the closest thing we have to a menu, and you write it.

It starts with a place. A room, a season, one specific hour of the day. Then I spend weeks on the cookie until the first bite puts you there.
